The construction of a rooftop deck is very similar to building a normal deck over land. Rooftop decks are often referred as “floating” because they are not built as one structure, they are installed on top of another structure.

The surface below the roof should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected throughout the construction process. This will ensure that your roof is installed properly and prevent any harmful damages.
