The team was timely, professional and very easy to work with. The quoted price to put in our new roof deck was very competitive, and the resulting deck looks fantastic (I'll post pictures here once its stained).

We had to reschedule a few times due to the demo taking longer than expected and the team was very accommodating and flexible, working with our schedule and still managing to start as soon as possible, getting the deck done before the winter snows.

I would highly recommend LimakWay to anyone who is looking for a new wood deck. read less

We called him to come out and give us an estimate to reinforce and update our deck. Compared to others, he was very affordable and was able to do exactly what we wanted. Our deck looks amazing and feels much more stable! He replaced all the railings (which were too short and unsafe) and replaced bad boards. Additionally he tore out the ugly lattice we had and replaced it with vertical planks. He was also able to build us a custom gate to keep our toddler from playing around our basement steps. He then power washed and stained the whole thing for us and it looks so good!!! It feels like a brand new deck. Kamil was also very punctual and was excellent with his follow-up skills. He did all the structural work back in May and then followed up with us in July to do the power wash and stain. We will definitely use him for future projects, we’re very happy! read less
